STARZ really took the ongoing conversation about diversity and inclusion to heart. With a roster of originals that actually reflects diversity from numerous perspectives, they decided to create Take the Lead, an initiative designed to celebrate and amplify these voices. 

 

Working with internal stakeholders, I developed a comprehensive social media strategy and related tactics to launch, grow and maintain Take the Lead on social.
